Regarding Covid19- Relief Stimulus Loans that
been given to the SBA Administration to distribute to the small business who already suffer not only from the previous
losses but the continuous pleading because of the lack of business and the freezing
circumstances that paralyzed the market and all small businesses.
SBA Administration guidelines to distribute the stimulus
funds are 100% off, SBA Administration looking backward for the previous losses
and they completely ignored the current losses that are taking place for any
small business who has less than 500 employees.
I am not suggesting the SBA Administration are passing the
fund to LENDERS like banks and big financing companies to lend the funds
to the small businesses with interest between 4% to 19% in time the interest
should be only1% when the loan is direct from the SBA Administration
I suggest, that all
loans must be substantiated or fixed loans as follows:
It’s a loan with 1% for the small
business less than 500 employees
Without credit check or upfront fees
1-
For a small business that been established one year or less $10,000.
2-
For a small business that been established one year to two years $100,000
3-
For a small business that been established Two
year to five years $250,000
4-
For a small business that been established Five years to 10 years $ 500,000
5-
For a small business that been established Ten years and up lends $2 million dollars.

Only collect
what proves these companies are in business and issue the LOANS immediately
I am sure the funds will be well spent and I am sure total stimulus
funds will be way less than the funds that have been paid to BAILOUT American banks
and big companies in 2008. At least all loans are refundable.
